Beauty Machines

Who doesn’t want to look beautiful? Beautiful like a queen like a princess. Now it’s no more an illusion for dreamers who fantasies of looking beautiful. In every field the good looks matter these days. We all want ourselves to look pretty. Thanks to the development of technology all is possible these days. Every day there is a new advancement and new software coming in the market.
It is said that the magic mirror did not lie, but now Tel Aviv University (TAU) the israil’s largest on-site university researchers have developed a software that can make plain looks seem as good as that of a queen.

Now the people don’t have to worry anymore for the guilt that they aren’t beautiful or looks ugly. Everyone can see themselves as beautiful as they want. The technology has developed such a software that you can look like a princess even though you aren’t in reality.

The new software is named as a “Beauty Machine”. Even as it is said that its output is currently limited to digitized images, the software can guide plastic surgeons, aid magazine cover editors, and even become a feature incorporated into all digital cameras.
I think it will be a great help in plastic surgery as many people go for it nowadays as it helps to give a new natural and refreshing look to their faces. So beauty machines can help them to give a fine new look which they desire.

To magazine cover editors mainly it will help to give a more vivid picture of a model for good publicity and increases sale.
“Beauty, contrary to what most people think, is not simply in the eye of the beholder,” said researcher Daniel Cohen-Or of TAU Blavatnik School of Computer Sciences. “Beauty can be quantified by mathematical measurements and ratios.

The scientists see everything from a human face to its body in mathematical way. They are of opine that beauty can put a figure on with the help of mathematics.
It can be defined as average distances between features, which a majority of people agree are the most beautiful,” said Cohen-Or. Our eyes, nose lips, cheeks and forehead every part is at a distance from one another.

He also said that “I don’t claim to know much about beauty. For us, every picture in this research project is just a collection of numbers.” It is a number game where our features are measured and appear in different form. The eyes, nose, lips all have numbers specifying the feature of the face.

In his study, Cohen-Or and his graduate student Tommer Leyvand, with two colleagues, surveyed 68 Israeli and German men and women, aged 25 to 40, asking them to rank the beauty of 93 different men’s and women’s faces on a scale of 1 to 7.

The research claims that beauty machine becomes reality now. It is the number game of mathematics ruling the humans with the development of new software. This software may be of great help in various medical treatments.
